Consistent check-ins and access to me to ask questions and receive support


- REQUIREMENTS -

Must have access to a gym

Must be willing and able to commit anywhere from 2-4 days per week to lifting
Pricing
The total cost of the program is $950.

In order to reserve your spot a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied to the program total.
